Equinox Design is dedicated to your satisfaction. While we cannot offer monetary refunds, we will engage in an unlimited number of revisions until you are happy with the designs. We promise that you'll like the designs.

Design Ownership

Upon completion and full payment, all design elements created for this project will become the intellectual property of the client.

Confidentiality

All project discussions, files, and related materials are considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Use of Industry-Standard Applications

To ensure the security and efficiency of our services, we use industry-standard applications like Slack for communication, Stripe for payment processing, and Figma for design collaboration.

Communication

All project-related discussions will take place in Slack, where you'll have access to a private channel.

Termination and Cancellation

You have the flexibility to pause or cancel the project at any stage, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
